1. Definitions

• Platform: Quantum Drop Solutions
• Marketer: User promoting vendors/products
• Vendor: Business subscribed to Quantum Drop Solutions
• Commission: Earnings from referrals

2. Eligibility

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate information
• No prior bans or violations

3. How It Works

• You receive a unique referral link/code
• Vendors who sign up through you are tracked
• You earn recurring commission on subscriptions

4. Commission Structure

• Starter: 5%
• Bronze: 7%
• Silver: 10%
• Gold: 12%
• Elite: 15%

Levels are based on active referred vendors.

5. Commission Conditions

• Only paid on successful vendor payments
• Stops if vendor cancels or fails to renew
• Subject to verification and fraud checks

6. Prohibited Activities

• Spam marketing (email, WhatsApp, SMS)
• Fake accounts or self-referrals
• Misleading or false advertising
• Fraudulent payments

Violations may result in suspension or permanent ban.

7. Referral Tracking

Tracking is done via cookies and referral codes. Quantum Drop Solutions is not responsible for lost tracking due to user-side issues.

8. Payments & Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: ₦5,000
• Processing time: 3 - 5 working days
• All payouts are subject to review

9. Account Termination

Quantum Drop Solutions may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or suspicious activity.

10. Liability

Quantum Drop Solutions is not responsible for loss of earnings due to vendor inactivity or system issues.

11. Changes

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use means acceptance.
