1. Data Processing Roles

Under global data protection laws (including NDPR):

• The Merchant is the Data Controller.
• Quantum Drop Solutions is the Data Processor.

2. Information We Process

Merchant Data: We process your financial and contact information to maintain your subscription and dashboard access.

Customer Data: We process End-Customer PII (Personally Identifiable Information) solely to facilitate checkout and order fulfillment for your store. We do not use this data for our own marketing purposes.

3. Regulatory Compliance

We comply with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR). We implement physical and electronic safeguards to ensure the confidentiality of data processed on our servers.

4. Data Retention

Upon account termination, we retain data only for as long as necessary to fulfill legal obligations or resolve disputes. Merchants may request a "Data Export" of their customer lists prior to closing their account.
